Nest IQ - says “connected to another account” factory reset did not work

I bought this camera 2 years ago. Made me create a Google account to use it. I don’t remember the login un or pw. now I’m trying to get it working again. It says it’s connected to another account. Factory reset showing blue. Still says connected to a...
