Nobody has provided a solution to problem that I am having.Pic of old hook up. Note: jumper from R to Rc. Did not do this to new thermostat.

I have the old one still in, but the way I hook it up the lines was white to W1, Yellow to Y1, Green to G and Red to Rh.I did not hook up the jumper. On old was R to Rc.

I don't even know if the AC is a Trane. It's on the roof of a 2 story 4 plex. Will need to rent a ladder. Is there another solution to this problem above?
