@Jenelyn_O - the nest thermostat rest was completed through another
phone call with the Nest team. We reset the nest and attempted to
deactivate Eco in the call. We were not successful. Post system reset,
the thermostat continues to move to eco temp.
This was the original case number. I’m not sure if we got another case
when we had to call back for the 100minute call in front of the
thermostat where we were told it was fixed. Case number: 9-9959000035117
@Jenelyn_O @Appreciate you checking in. After about 2.5hrs on the phone
with the solutions team we are still not able to disable the eco
temperature, so in the middle of the night and through the day eco is
enable which is highly frustrating and unco...
@Jenelyn_O - what options are available to stop eco mode, when in the
nest app and the only option is to set eco indefinitely or to cancel
changing the end time. I do not see the option to STOP eco mode. This is
a thermostat 1.4 model
