Brand new nest mesh WIFI has 2 boxes that say wifi isnt compatible. Other 2 work

I bought 4 nest wifi mesh systems and 2 connect and 2 are saying "they aren't compatible with the internet". We have re started, unplugged, etc. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!
