Nest thermostat going up to 89 out of the blue when temperature is set for 50?

Two days ago out of the blue I went up stairs and noticed it was so hot(, and it’s summer time) so I check on the thermostat and it read 89. So I shut it off and had to start my ac up cause to was hot. My thermostat has always be at 50… Next day once...
