As annoying as it sounds, i unplugged the main puck for 30 seconds, plugged it back in and everything fine again since.

I have the same issue. All WiFi points working fine and internet ok, but Home App showing entire network offline. This was previously working fine, seems to have started in the past week or so.Tried restarting network several times.
