It is. I needed to charge the unit with a USB cord and the plug I was
initially using didn't work. Also, I didn't realize I would need to let
it charge for that long. Thank you for following up.
I finally got mine to work. I just had to find a good USB and plug to
charge it and I did for about an hour and it started working again. The
first USB cord I used wasn't charging it enough for some reason. I don't
know what the deal was with that.
