Hi @zoeuvre. It's been 3 days since I sent the form. How long do I have to wait for someone to get back to me?

Thanks @GM9965 . The X thread seems to be that people are still getting notifications whilst offline. Unfortunately, I don't think that's my issue as I've never gotten any notifications since mine died.
