Same for me also. I have had feedback from the senior customer support,
he confirmed that the issue is with their Dev team. Ironically I got an
email that they are increasing the price of Google Nest Aware from €100
to €120, a 20% increase on a servi...
Im in direct communication with a nest engineer on the problem. They
have details of the issue including the serial numbers of my cameras in
order to monitor the issue and diagnose. I do not believe the above
comment on twitter has any relevance.
We're still in the same boat also. I am continually engaging with the
google twitter account. They have told me that their IT team is still
reviewing, I cannot believe that this is not a business critical update.
