Can LUX ELV4 thermostat be replaced with NEST learning thermostat?

Hi I currently have LUX ELV4 Thermostat for my heating. Can i replace it with Nest learning thermostat.I do see two red and two black wires in the back of the thermostat not sure where they would go in NEST.
