New Nest installation replacing 2 thermostats in a dual zone system. Which wire do I need for the OB slot on the main?

@Patrick_CaezzaCarrier is the brand. Not sure i have the exact model number. Just whats on the wiring diagram.The original only used 4 lines, so maybe I just wire it up the same? Just unclear if Nest needs it, or if the board takes care of it.

to clarify, I do have a second Nest thermostat to install in the other location to control the 2nd zone.
