So... I installed a new router. Apparently forgot my pin and now am
locked out of my nest. Anyone have a solution? Already tried holding
down for 10 seconds and it just resets to the lockout screen (pin
screen)
All set. I had to do the whole process of unplugging, hook up to
computer and do the file download, name change... A pain but at least it
worked. Thank you
