Google Nest Community

My husband went to Office Works this afternoon and bought an Alexa. 

I am having the same issue. All our devices stopped working last week. We have reset them and reconnected. Google Home has them listed but when I say Hi Google it tells me to download the app. So frustrating as we use our devices for a lot of things.
