When my Google stopped working, no lights were visible. Once I pressed
the reset button I had one green and 3 white lights appear (no
strobing), now the 4 white lights are on continuously (no strobing). No
music can be cast to the device.
I still have not received help on this issue. I filled out the help form
when I reached out to this community forum. I am still waiting for some
sort of resolution.
My Google home mini only displays 4 white lights. When I try to factory
reset (button on bottom) a green light appears. There is never any
response indicating reset. I unplugged 11 times as seen in other post,
but the issue is still not resolved.
