Thermostat pin was lost and home wifi updated, locked out of nest thermostat.

Hello! The Wi-Fi was recently changed and the person who had the pin no longer remembers it. Can you please help me reconnect to the nest AKA reset it? Thank you! I have filled out the form for contact twice now.
