Same $25. A replacement is $79. Not even a Boxing Day sale on their website 

I’m in Canada. They offered store credit. They didn’t actually confirm it’s sent yet, but I see $25.00 CAD in my Store account now. Pretty crappy considering a new device is $79

Just opened a case, shared the required video and was advised it will be escalated.

I have the same issue on 1 of my devices. 

Live chat basically told me it’s a known issue and the developers are looking into it. Not sure what they could possibly do given the devices can’t even receive new firmware now.
