Google Nest Community

I have tried both, now it seems my old email login (not google) isn't working either. I have 2 homes, one was added later, but it is winter and I cannot see my Vermont home which is troublesome.

Same problem, I was able to log into Nest to see my home but now it disappeared off my nest/google app
