I was informed I'd receive an update via email from the Google technical team. My case was submitted on 12/18/23 regarding my Google Home Speaker. What are the requirements for a replacement?

Yes, that is how I attempted the reset. It is stuck with all four white lights on.

The only email that I received was a transcript of the chat from a noreply email address. Is there something that can be resent to me?
