Hot Water not Working

When i try to boost the hot water , the boiler does not start up and the water is not heated. But the heating is working fine, when i turn the heating from App the boiler is started. Any help on this?

Also the water is heated when the heating is switched on , i.e. when you boost + switch on the heating

Yes , i can hear the click, i can hear the click when i boost from App as well.
