Its happening again… mine recorded hear for 5hours non stop and the hear def did not run 5 hours non stop anyone else?

I am having the same issue since yesterday.. The dashboard was showing that the heating was running 100% and it was not.. I reseted the Thermostat (lost all my data) and then the opposite happened, the heat would turn on and it would not show up... S...
