Thanks but my model does not have the on screen features you mention. I've tried turning it off from the Home app (the only way I can control Presence Sensing that I can see). We'll see if that works.

Thanks for the response. I know how to manually set the temperature/select the mode. But the unit is shifting into Eco mode whenever we are away or asleep. There has to be a way to turn it off. We want it at a certain temp when we are away for long p...
