I contacted customer service and they just keep saying I'm out of
warranty and I've heard that UK people get an extended to your warranty,
I've also heard many posts on Reddit and here that people 6 months out
of warranty still get theirs replaced. I...
Evidently this is a common issue I tried to contact support they weren't
very helpful evidently The forum people are more helpful so here's to
hoping.... I have this same problem
