battery doorbell and as far as I was aware this comes with a Nest Aware
Trial after which it switches to a Free non-paid 3 hour subscription?

Update the doorbell is working fine although the home app is still
reporting the battery percentage reducing and not charging. looking at
the Google home app this shows the doorbell as plugged in. so I guess
only time will tell…
