Thanks, and yes exactly the same result here. But it did take a couple of attempts and on the 2nd attempt it did it automatically.

I bought a 4k model today and it won't add devices. No error just spins the wheel for a second and then disappears and back at the menu. Thinking it was a dodgy model I returned for a replacement. Same issue. Have done updates but nothing
