My message from Sept went unanswered......it is now November. I'm
purchasing another brand for Black Friday as there is no fix. Extremely
disappointed in how this was handled by Google.
I agree with you. very disappointing. I'm looking to purchase another
brand with Black Friday sales, and will advise others to do so as well.
I'm done waiting for answers.
Any update on why the thermostat cannot connect to the app so we can
control it from the phone? I have no problems connecting to the
internet. It just will not connect to the app with the QR code or Key.
I filled out form 7/9/24. Please respond. Have the thermostat hooked to
the app was the main reason for this purchase. My two thermostats are
connnected to my network but are not able to be connected as a device on
the app
