Google Nest Community

If I have 2 nest hub max's in 2 separate rooms am I able to link it both to my home? Eg: I'll go to the living room and say "hey google turn on lights" then go to the 2nd nest in my bedroom and say "hey google turn off lights" will this work? Obvious...

I've read that there was legal action on the nest devices linking up groups? Am I still able to link my nest audio to my nest hub for audio sync?
