Nest Thermostat wiring compatability

I have a Trane Thermostat and it has 7 wires. R, W2, W1, Y&Y1, G,O and B my nest has only 6 terminals???Is it compatible and if so, how do I wire it.

i believe so. It is called emergency heat on my unit. everything I read online last night indicated it was a two stage.It is a Trane Geo Thermal
