Can you link to the thread about dead battery on a wired doorbell? I can't find any thing about it, only dead battery threads for the battery doorbell.

I’m having the same issue. Push the button and it goes dead for a minute or two without activating the indoor chime. I restarted multiple times. It won’t even go into the factory reset mode. My neighbor has the exact same problem. I tired contacting ...
