How to Lock my Nest Thermostat, model 1.4

Hello, I have a Nest, model 1.4, and do not see the Lock option on the Google Home or the the Nest apps, does this version support the lock feature? If not can I set temp. ranges so guests at my vacation rental cannot set the temp too low or high?
