Hi mjeung,Thanks for your note. I did reset many time without succes I'am also "ready to chuck this out the window and buy and Apple product." Google produts are not reliable !!

I agree. Last week I bought Google Nest 2nd Generation but changed my mind it was already not responding vert Well.
