Wi-Fi point was disconnected from power and can’t connect again. I’ve tried restarting network, resetting it and doesn’t show up when adding a device process is followed. I’ve unplug it and plugged it back again and nothing. Light is steady blue

Still nothing. I did all of that. Point comes on blue starts blinking blue and then goes off. This action gets repeated over and over. I don’t have the option of scanning the QR code. Deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it and nothing.

Point photo this is the photo of the point im trying to reconnect. I reboot and deleted my home app and still nothing. Little is blue steady and then flashes and goes out and then blinks blue again and stays steady. This is ongoing.
