Makes me wonder if this was an update that bricked the units. Google
recently had to remove the ability to control volume of speaker groups,
due to the Sonos lawsuit.
I have the same issue. Nest Hub Max, purchased for Xmas. Found it with
grey screen and G logo this morning. Unplugged for a while, replugged,
no change. Plugged in while holding volume button, goes to a black
screen. So, can't enter recovery mode nor...
