I have just bought a Nest Audio device and i can´t connect the most

Since I didn´t get any solution to my problem, I gave back my divece and
I got an Amazon Echo Show 5. With this device I got all the funcionality
i was looking for
I tested using "on TuneIn". The device answered telling "ok, reproducing
station ##### on TuneIn" after that only silence....I have tested
reseting to factory setttings, connecting the device with different
routers-wifi and always the same results. I...
I can connect those chanels in TuneIN with my phone and I can also
reproduce them from my mobile phone into the speaker, but i can´t
reprduce them directly from the speaker
