I just got a second hand Google home to add to my current Google nest so
there is one on each floor of the house. It won't connect. I tried
running it through Device Utility and it can't connect. Is there a way
to work around this?
I found a solution. It needs to be set up with an apple device.
Apparently the device utility app doesn't actually work so there is no
