Existing Chime Transformer Compatibility with Wired Nest Doorbells

Is this transformer compatible?I have it wired per the instructions, and have no power to the chime. With the google connecter removed, and wired as originally, I do have power. Any ideas? Photos below.Transformer PN - Wired per instructions (only ch...
