This doesn’t help unless you’re setting it up anew. My app wasn’t connecting, yet the Nest module was connected and I tried every other possible way. This is a faulty process that you posted. You should really look into this as many others have the s...

I had to restart the whole system as I was not able to get the 7-digit access key. It’s a pain to reset it, but I was left with no other option. Hope you’re able to get some heat soon
