I had the same problem...discovered it was my router firewall was on...turned firewall off..thermostat now connects

Having the same problem...did Nest get hit with a cyber attack on the thermostat's. Seems odd so many are 'suddenly' not working the same month? Mine also has worked just fine over the last 2.5 years...just too curious. There seems to be a multitude ...
