Hey Jake, No problem and thanks you for replying back. I followed as instructed in the email and was able to reset the Nest thermostat back to it's default settings. Thanks again for all the help, It's much appreciated!

Hey Jake, I got the email, thank you. I downloaded the file and copied it over to the Nest (E:) folder. Are there any other steps I need to take?

Hello Jake, No worries, unfortunately I have not been able to resolve the issue. I did connect the Nest device to my computer as instructed and can confirm that there is a Technical Info. plist

Hello Jake,Thanks for the reply. I tried getting into the settings through the quick view menu but was prompted to enter the previous owners PIN which I do not have nor can I get. If there is any other way to factory reset it that would be great.
