Contact Google directly on their help and support. They’ve been brilliant and are sending me a replacement. Can’t fault them.

I found them on twitter and to be fair they’ve been good. Had to test a few things but they’re sending out a replacement.

Ive been in touch with google and I’m waiting to see if I’m eligible for a replacement. No matter how many resets I try it’s still the grey screen.
