I want to add my Bose Soundbar 700 to Google Home app. I have moved the device to a new home but it's still the same account. Now I'm trying to reconnect my Bose account but everytime it says 'Could not reach Bose Music. Please try again.'
Any ideas?

Is the soundbar already setup in the Bose Music app?
Is this what happens when you go to link Bose in the Google Home app?
Devices tab > + Add > Works with Google > Bose Music

Yes it's already set up in the Bose Music app.
Exactly, that's what happens everytime.

Hi Aziiee,
Are you using Chrome as your phone’s default browser? Let’s use that if not. Then, try these troubleshooting steps:
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply, Alex.
Yes I use Chrome as my phone's default browser. I just did the all the steps and tried to link Bose Music again. Same error again: 'Could not reach Bose Music. Please try again.'
So I logged in to the link you provided. It seems to work but it redirects me to a page saying 'Proxy Error Page. 400 : Bad Request.' The console in dev tools logs 'Invalid API key'.

Hello Akanksh,
Do you have a spare phone or tablet? Check if using a different setup device will work. If not, please note that we have very limited support for third-party Google Assistant speakers. It is best to contact Bose support as the error appears once logged in to the Bose Music app’s portal (Google Home app’s Works with Google, and their API link).
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with Google Home, otherwise; this thread will be locked after 24 hours.
Kind regards,
Alex
