Wanted to check the status of where my nest thermostat is at.

I had sent my nest thermostat back to the wear house about 3 weeks ago and I’m wondering what is going on with you returning one back.

I don’t have another email from you guys. You had me send my nest thermostat to you and  it arrived to your wear house last Thursday . I gave you my case number

earlier in the week. The nest would not connect to WiFi and would keep shutting off.

@Nicoledegen, I know it's been awhile; but we don't see any traces related to the request from the support ID you shared with us. Please give us more details, such as any support ID number associated with the replacement or RMA number, which would help us review the status.
