How long does it take for Google to remove a camera from a previous account

What are you asking? Are you asking about the case where a homeowner moves out and leaves behind a camera but refuses to remove one of the camera from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app? Some posts from Google Nest Support in this forum suggest waiting up to 30 days or 60 days before being able to reinstall the camera, depending on the length of the previous customer's Nest Aware subscription.  I don't know if that actually works.

Since nest is now google they are saying one of my cameras belongs to another account. I have been the only owner since I purchased it brand new from Best Buy. They told me to wait 48 hours twice to  avail. I’ve been on the phone with them for 2 hours at a time. Very frustrating!
