Sengled app issues

Hi I have unlinked my sengled account in the home app but the lights are still there, I cannot delete them and when i try to link the sengled account again because i have 3 other lights it says no compatible sengled devices. I only unlinked the sengled account because i swapped 6 lights to abother brand, i deleted the from segled the relinked the account to google home but they are still there can anyone help please.

Hi AndyWilson19,

 

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Do you have household members in your home (in the Google Home app)? If yes, check if they can remove the Sengled lights within their app. If the issue persists, try these steps:

 

  • Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove Sengled's access.
  • Clear the app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and the Sengled app) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
  • Force close the Google Home app > Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app and Sengled app.
  • Login to the Google Home app, then link the Sengled again.

 

If that didn’t work, try to use a different phone and let us know how it goes.
