multiple accouns issue

Hello, 

I recently bought Google Nest, created a new home, set everything up. All worked well - the calendar, automations etc. Then I invited my GF. Since then, Google Nest plays on her Spotify account, it recognizes her voice to access her calendar, but not mine anymore. Only household automations work but not personal ones. Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you very much.

Hi frank_sehnal,

 

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Can you still see your devices within a room in your Google Home account? Ask your Google Nest device, “Hey Google, what’s my name?" Does it recognize you?

 

Follow these steps:

 

  • Open the Google Home app > Settings > Google Assistant > Voice Match > Teach your Assistant your voice again.
  • Go back to Google Assistant and look for Personal results. Toggle it off and on.
  • Reboot your Google Nest device by unplugging its power adapter for a minute.
  • Give it a test command.
