2 Chimes, 1 Doorbell with phantom ring

Having an issue with phantom ring. I have the wired doorbell with 2 chimes, each of which have 2 wires. I have the pick installed on one of the chimes and the doorbell itself works fine. The problem is I randomly get phantom chime from the chimes. I actually don't use the cubes at all, they're turned off in the app. And the phantom chime gets really bad when I load up the camera feed.

I tried switching the pick between the chimes, tried un hooking one of the chimes, and any change to the configuration sees the doorbell losing power.

Kind of at a loss... Can't figure out a next step other than pulling the actual chime bars of and letting the hammers swing around like crazy.

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having these troubles. I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. I would suggest removing and testing each chime with the doorbell to see which ones could be giving you a false chime.

Best Regards,
Brad
