Account messed up.

First I need to say that the 2 cameras I will mention I have had since new and I have used both previously. I have one camera at home that I've been using for several years with no problems. I have another one that I used at work several years ago and then it sat in the box. I decided to bring it home and use it in another room. At first when I added it I could see both camera views on my phone app. Then my phone asked for passwords and that sort of thing. None of my regular passwords worked so I chose forgot password. Once I finally went through this a few times it appeared I was done. I went back on and opened my app. No pictures. I tried to add the original camera back on and it said that it's attached to another account. Most likely my original that I have no idea what the user/passwords are. I would love to remove all and start over but not sure if that is the correct way. Sorry so long but, I thought it necessary. Thanks for any help. Going to be away soon and need to be covered.

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that this can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I look forward to hearing from you.
