Do you use the Google Home app on your Android phone to access a Nest Cam (wired)? If so, do you have access to any type of external audio device, such as bluetooth speakers or wired headphones?

If you view your camera while connected to the external audio device, does the camera audio play via your phones speaker or does the audio come out of the external audio device?

I cannot get camera audio to play through my headphones when I have them plugged into my phone and I don't understand why.

Unfortunately, the Google Home app itself doesn't have a built-in feature to route audio playback, including Nest Cam audio, to external Bluetooth speakers or wired headphones. It automatically uses the phone's default audio output setting.

Unfortunately I could find no such setting and no such app.

I don't understand why the Google Home app can't route audio playback when literally everything else on my phone can.
