I have two nest cameras. One indoor, one outdoor. We have a subscription on both. Out indoor camera works fine and records video we can download. Our outdoor camera has suddenly stopped recording videos and only takes screenshots. Why is this happening?

Do both of your 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions show as active on the Subscription Management page here?

If you go to each of your cameras in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, do they each have an active subscription?
