Cameras compromised

Well all 19 of my google outdoor and nest cameras are compromised. I have had break ins and high dollar items destroyed. They make the cameras blurry. They make the stream pixelated and

weird charcuters can be seen today, micky mouse, adult swim characters, ghosts u name it if it’s stupid or silly it’s probably been pixelated in my cams. Nest and google will do absolutely nothing and I can’t even get past the crappy call center help I have lost over a million dollars because of this and it sucks. The fact that I can’t get any help is even mind bogging.

Google are pathetic im so sorry you had to endure this. Google have done nothing to help me for over a year with multiple ongoing issues. My brother is a cop and he has told me its well known to the crims that google cameras are not up to the task at hand. In fact i have a client that needs to be monitored by camera and the cameras have been down for 2 weeks and the client has tried to commit suicide twice because they know they're no longer being monitored. Googles answer to this was ""sorry for the inconvenience". An inconvenience that a person has tried killing themselves twice. Like really google really an inconvenience. Google would have to be the worse company ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I can only imagine how you feel losing so much and having google not care at all in any way. I truly am sorry.

We also appreciate all of your efforts explaining your thoughts and ideas here. Make sure that your internet service plan has enough upload bandwidth to support the number of Nest Cameras you have. Check with your internet service provider to learn about your plan's upload and download speeds. When you pick video quality and bandwidth settings, you set the maximum video quality for your camera. Your Nest Camera will automatically adjust video resolution and compression according to how much bandwidth is available. To know more about your concern, what bandwidth does your Nest Cameras are connected to? How many of your home structures has Nest Aware subscription? Hit this link for more information.

It’s a shame I’m months and not a single person has reached out when they are suppose to and that I’m suppose to just live my life having my belongings stolen and broken and not a single thing was done by anyone, instead google and nest choose to ignore me and bury the issue to not jeopardize the cash cow. Having being watched through my own cameras for a year sux as well but guess what google and nest do not give a crap and your new Wi-Fi is terrrible it took the people torturing me and my family less than a day to compromise. 20 plus phone calls countless emails and nothing but hey here is an article try this. Straight garbage

How about my house was broken into again today amid guess what they were invisible in front of the cameras again what a shocker my cameras are literally worthless

@Chris3del, we understand your struggles about your concern. By any chance have you tried doing any troubleshooting steps? If so, how did it go? Also, if it's not too much to ask, could you share here the information we're asking above so that we can check our options here to help you out. We would recommend you to try restarting your Wi-Fi network and your Nest Cameras. Looking forward to your response.

Are,you serious?? Google and nest are absolute trash yes I have done the troubleshooting stepsister have spent 10,s of thousands of dollars I’m so broke now and my family beaten and defeated. I needed help and relief and was ignored by Google and nest or given basic troubleshooting steps or asked the same ridiculous questions over and over. Seriously I needed a network security technician and help now I have damages to my home  my belongings neither destroyed or stolen. My family and my life is ruined we will never recover financially you guys didn’t want the cash cow to dry up so you ignored the exploits int the product and software and chose to ignore me and my family. 18 long months of this I have contacted a large news network who will be doing an investigative story on this because it is absolutely insane and intense. You guys have no idea the liability that your going to face
