Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to assist you with troubleshooting these connection issues you are having, and I have some questions to ask:
  • When was the last time you restarting your wifi router?
  • Have you tried to restart your camera? You can learn how here.
